What this app is

Brothers Freight is the private dispatch app for Brother's Freight Transport LLC. Our dispatchers and the drivers who run under our authority use it to see the load board, get leave-by alarms so an early departure is never missed, send in rate confirmations and delivery paperwork from the road, and check where the fleet is.

It is not a public app. There is no sign-up screen. Accounts are issued by our office to people who work with us — if you need one, or yours will not let you in, call the number below and we will sort it out.

This reaches our office directly. If something is broken while you are under a load, call; do not wait on email.

Email

Tell us your name, the phone number your account uses, and what the app did. A screenshot helps more than a description.

• It will not let me sign in. Your account is keyed to your phone number, and it is created by our office — not by you. Check you are using the number we have on file. Too many wrong tries will lock you out for a few minutes on purpose; wait it out, then call us.
• The alarm did not ring. Leave-by alarms need notifications turned on for Brothers Freight in the iPhone Settings app. Check there first — the app cannot ring if iOS has the permission switched off.
• My paperwork will not upload. A document you add inside the app — photographed, picked from your library, or built with Make a PDF — is written to your phone before the upload runs, so a dead spot does not lose it. Get back to signal and try again; it is still there. One exception worth knowing: a document you share into Brothers Freight from another app, such as a rate confirmation a broker emailed you, uploads straight through and is not kept on the phone. If that one fails, share it across again from the original email.
