Own your truck.
Keep your gross.

A lease-to-own and owner-operator program built the way drivers keep asking for: you see every rate, every deduction is a flat itemized line, and the contract is written to the federal Truth-in-Leasing rules — short enough to actually read.

The deal

You're paid from 100% of the gross. Not a cut of it.

Most lease programs pay you a percentage and keep the rest invisible. Ours starts from 100% of the line-haul revenue plus 100% of the fuel surcharge on every load you haul. What comes out is a short list of flat, itemized costs you agreed to in writing before you signed — and every settlement statement shows each one, next to the rated freight bill so you can check our math.

100%of gross line-haul + fuel surcharge is your starting number
10%flat dispatch fee — the main cost, disclosed up front
Weeklysettlements, with the rate bill attached to every load

What you will never see here

The traps other lease programs are famous for — gone.

Lease-to-own

From company seat to your own title — one flat weekly note.

  1. Sit down with us. Coffee in Frankfort or a phone call — we go through the numbers on a real truck, in plain English. Govorimo bosanski. Говорим по-русски.
  2. Terms on paper before you sign. Your weekly truck note, the full payment schedule, and every fee live in the contract's fee schedule (Exhibit B). If it's not printed there, it can't be deducted.
  3. Watch it shrink every week. Each settlement shows your note and escrow next to your load revenue — you always know exactly where you stand.
  4. Last payment, your truck. Finish the schedule and the truck is yours. Keep running with us as an owner-operator, or don't — 30 days' written notice and a handshake either way.

Why a small fleet wins

“At a megafleet you're a truck number in a lease designed by their accountants. Here the owner knows your name, your dispatcher knows your lanes, and the contract was written so you can hand it to a lawyer without us flinching. We make money when you make money — that's the whole model.”

Straight answers

What do I need to qualify?

Class A CDL, a clean enough record to pass our DOT qualification file, and a DOT drug screen. Bring your own truck as an owner-operator, or ask about leasing one of ours to own. We'll tell you honestly if the numbers don't work for you.

Is this one of those lease-purchase traps I've read about?

Judge it by paper, not promises: our agreement maps clause-by-clause to the federal Truth-in-Leasing regulations (49 CFR Part 376) — rate disclosure before every load, itemized deductions with documentation, interest-bearing escrow with a 45-day return, and a 30-day walk-away for either side. Take the unsigned contract home. Show your lawyer, your spouse, that friend who got burned. Then decide.

What kind of freight will I run?

Refrigerated — 53′ reefer, fresh and frozen, out of the Northeast. Steady cold-chain customers, honest ETAs, and you see every rate before you accept.

Can I hire my own driver?

Yes. You're an independent contractor — you can put a qualified driver in your truck at your own expense once they pass the same DOT qualification file as everyone else.

Ten minutes on the phone. Real numbers. No pressure.

Call the office, or text and we'll call you back between loads. Ask for the owner-operator program.
